Ultrasound

Our licensed and registered ultrasound technologists provide caring services in OB/GYN, Abdomen, Superficial Structures, Breast, and Vascular Ultrasound. A new GE Logic 9 was installed at Gunnison Valley Hospital in 2003 and has provided more accurate images, color flow images, and has the capability of 3-D imaging.

Ultrasounds are performed on a scheduled basis. It is also covered on an on-call basis in the evenings, weekends, and holidays.

All exams require an order from your doctor. Following each exam a report is sent to the ordering physician, from whom you must get your report. For questions or examination scheduling call 435-528-2125.
